REMODEL :
The art of going into exciting homes, reviewing existing landscaping with owners and get their input on what they don't like, what they want to keep and aspects they would like to improve. Greg then does an analysis on the garden and creates a proposed plan (grey scale) with new planting in color. We also make demo plans, showing the items to be removed for example plants, hardscape. If plants are to be relocated the plan will show which ones get moved and the proposed location for them. Then we move forward to design the new planting plan. After review and input by the client, we submit the revisions to the various associations review committeees and get approval necessary to change the landscape. When we get association and owner approvals we then put the job out for bid, reveiw the bids and recommend a contractor. We then oversee the project and install if the owner desires this service.
